RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervising monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual closing of Books of Accounts.
• Handling Receivables, ensuring completeness, reconciliations, and monitoring day to day transactions including verifying classifying computing and posting in Ledgers.
• Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters.
• Preparation and submission of different reports as per statutory.
• Handling tax related matters regarding preparation, verification and submission of Advance Taxes and Withholding Taxes
• Handling Payroll, Making the monthly payment on time, Calculating Overtime.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Maintaining Petty Cash
RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Responsible and Supervision of All Financial Operations.
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Financial Accounts
• Preparation of Monthly Cash flow Management and Weekly Expected Collection.
• Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters.
• Recording and update of Fixed Asset Register.
• Supervision of Cash and Cheques properly deposit in Bank.
• Fund Management for Creditors and other payments.
• Posting & Verification of Payment, Receipts & Journal Vouchers
